Pricing

Hourly and day rates, no hidden extras.

The room is closed Monday to Wednesday. Rates are lower Thursday and Friday, and rise on the weekend.

Thursday & Friday: from $70 / hour
Saturday & Sunday: from $90 / hour
Full day: from $600
Minimum booking: 3 hours
Cleaning fee: $70 flat

Access & house rules

A few things worth knowing.

Stairs only, no lift. The space is on the top floor and reached by an internal staircase, so it isn't wheelchair accessible. Get in touch before booking if this is a barrier for your group.

BYO catering and alcohol are welcome for private bookings — there’s no cooking on-site, but the kitchenette covers prep, storage and clean-up.
Amplified sound needs to wrap up by 8pm Sunday to Thursday, and 10pm Friday and Saturday, out of respect for other tenants in the building.
No smoking, vaping or illicit substances anywhere on the premises.
No nails, screws, hooks, tape or fixings to the walls, floor or ceiling without checking with us first.
