- Individual counselling (50 min, $250) or relationship therapy (65 min, $320; 30-min intro, $125) — one pathway per employee per year, up to 6 sessions
- Pay-as-you-go, invoiced monthly — no setup fee, no minimum spend
- A real person replies within one business day; every employee can start with a free 15-minute fit call
- We tell you what we invoice for. We never tell you who came in or what was discussed.
Why Unison, not a generalist clinic?
Most EAP panels route people to whichever counsellor is free next, on a rate that doesn't fund longer or specialist work. Unison is a private practice first — relationship therapy is included, which most EAPs don't cover, and the same team works with LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, and non-traditional-relationship clients as a normal part of the caseload, not an accommodation.
