Embrace Deeper Healing Through Integration Therapy
What Is Integration Therapy?
Integration therapy is designed to help individuals assimilate the insights and experiences from psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy into their daily lives. This therapeutic approach provides a supportive space to process, understand, and apply these transformative experiences, ensuring they contribute to long-term personal growth and well-being. At Unison we currently offer integration for individual therapy or in a group therapy program.
Group Dynamics and What to Expect
Our integration groups consist of 6 to 8 adults, meeting fortnightly in the evenings in Windsor. These sessions are a blend of structured discussions, personal sharing, and guided activities aimed at fostering a deep understanding of each member’s unique experiences. By participating, you’ll gain insights from peers and guidance from skilled therapists, all dedicated to helping you navigate and apply your psychedelic experiences constructively.
Why Join Our Integration Therapy Group?
If you’ve recently exited a clinical trial for psychedelic-assisted psychotherapy, you might find yourself seeking support as you transition these profound experiences into everyday life changes. Our integration therapy group provides continuous support in a structured, understanding environment. It’s an opportunity to connect with others who have shared similar journeys and to support one another in making these insights a lasting part of your life.
